Withers & Rogers Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 ‘Transparency in Supply Chains’ and constitutes the Withers & Rogers LLP Slavery and Human Trafficking statement for the financial year ending March 2020. This statement will be updated annually.

This statement relates to our financial year 2019/2020 with our year ending 31 March 2020 on which date we had 25 partners and 171 personnel.

Our supply chain involves the purchase of goods and services supporting the operation of our offices and services to our clients. Consumables purchased include office supplies, marketing materials, IT equipment and estate services such as cleaning, waste management, office fixtures and fittings, security and catering.

We are currently reviewing our due diligence processes and systems to identify and mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains. We are also reviewing the best processes for monitoring the risk of this occurring in the future.

Operating with integrity governs our approach and therefore our aspiration to be recognised by our stakeholders as an organisation which is a responsible corporate citizen in all our relationships.
