Henriette März
Henriette is an Attorney at Law. She has worked on all aspects of trade mark filing and prosecution.
Henriette’s experience includes Application, opposition and appeal proceedings of trademarks, drafting warning letters, obtaining preliminary injunctions, handling of legal proceedings in trademark, unfair competition and copyright matters. She also has experience of drafting and negotiating of license, coexistence and transfer agreements as well as of other contracts relating to intellectual property.
Henriette is also expert in strategic consulting and handling of trademark portfolios.
Education & background
Henriette qualified as a certified specialist lawyer in IP law in 2011 and since 2008 has worked as an Attorney at Law for intellectual property in several national and international law and patent firms in Munich.
Her publications include comments on the decision of the German Federal Patent Court 29W(pat)168/10 of 8.3.2012 on indirect likelihood of confusion between MOBIL and maksmobil“, GRUR Prax 9/2012.
Henriette qualified in Legal Studies at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich (LMU).
